BF4 PC Beta is crashing during loading screen

My system:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz

RAM: 3GB DDR3

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series

    Driver Version: 13.4 Beta

OS: Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit

I originally had windows 8.1 Preview installed, but when bf4 was not working at all (after many attempts) I booted a clean install of windows 7, and this is what I have done so far:

  -Updated Windows 7 to SP1 (and all other updates)

  -Uninstalled both Visual C++ 2010 and 2012, then reinstalled from the Microsoft website.

  -Installed the beta driver for my GPU

  -Deleted the 'pb' folder in the battlefield 4 install directory and downloaded the Punkbuster installer from the official website, Ran the setup, added BF4,        clicked 'Update Punkbuster' with the BF4 selected below.

  -Downloaded the altered settings files.

And of course, whenever I try to join a server, it opens, I click on the tray icon and see it loading for a while, then shows the directx error and the program stops working.

One thing I did notice though, is if you try to join a server with a lower ping, it crashes faster. just an observation.

Patiently Waiting for a fixing update, no rush though.

i think i do come in min requirments.

CRASH FREEZE STAYS LOADING nothing else happens.

I fix my issue by doing this thing. once the bf4 launch after u joining a server on battlelog, minimize it, then open task manager and set bf4 priority to low. this thing work for me, and i hope it'll work for u too. i get this fix from this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdiYvegBOA4.  As far as i know, the crash issue coming from 100% cpu usage.

Im using laptop with intel i5 3210 nd nvidia gt650m 2gb. i hav 4gb ram. this game run smoothly with minor fps drop

Did anyone solve the bug where the actual game; bf4.exe won't start? 

The blue loading bar does NOT disappear. it just stays there and nothing happens. Even after a few hours, nothing. 

Read page 113 for my specs and things i've tried.

I spent several hours on this yesterday and I haven't found a solution yet.

Nope, noone.

And i think C2D users should also stop trying.

Going by the other users with more powerful cpu's - who manage to play - there's really no point for us to keep trying. 
IF we get in, we'll get 2-5fps anyway.

brah I just want to try the game before I (may) purchase a new computer just for BF4 brah, u feel me brah?

My config: 

- ASUS P5Q-Pro

- Windows 7 64bits (system fully updated with SP1, no firewall, no antivirus) 
- Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3 GHz 
- 4 Go RAM 
- GTX 560 Ti (last beta drivers) 

The problem:

Still got the loading problem with NO error in Windows logs. 
The fact is the map is loading correctly and then (at the end of the loading) my screen freeze and the CPU is going 100%. If i try a return Desktop and come back to the game, the game windows is white and i have to kill the process to exit the game.

What i tried:

I have tried to update PB, turned off my firewall, and restarted my computer. I have also tried to repair install. PB and game say they are up to date and have no issues.
