BF4 Multiplayer Install Stuck

 I played Battlefield four on PS4 and my game will update and install correctly but when I start the game it will load to have about 63% and then stop it will say the disc is corrupted and you need to close the application and eject the disk the desk has nothing on it I have wiped it off and cleaned it multiple times I have deleted and re-downloaded the game multiple times but nothing is worked could someone please help me on this?

Hey @JustTrynaLoad, try the following troubleshooting to see if we can get the reading to work as it should.
