Hello.

I was going to start to play BF4 again. I stopped playing few years ago because punkbuster just didn't let me play.

Anyway, I was wondering that maybe now when I have new computer and hard drives, it's my time to make come back...but NO!

I tried many of these "tricks" in this conversation but I just cant get it working.

Server kicks me after 30 seconds or so and I get this report:

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Valomerkki' (for 0 minutes) ... No Packet Flow"

My computer is running on Windows 10.

Yes and it is 2016 and good old PB kicks are back. I have done just about everything I could find on youtube and even placed a ticket into EvenBalance with no luck. I am getting PnkBstrB.exe errors. Had windows 7 updated to windows 10, updated all drivers, un-installed and reload BF4 and PB 10 times. Still getting kicked. Whats bad is was working on Sunday and the next day.....errors.

I see where people are having problems with Star wars too. However I can play that fine. 

Is it too late to get my money back EA?

I finally fixed the error. I couldn't find PnkbstrA in services so I re-installed punkbuster through the battlefield folder.

1. Locate your BF4 folder; Origin games > battlefield 4 > Installer > punkbuster > redist

2. Open the .exe and run the installation

3. When finished, go into services tab as mentioned prior and locate pnkbstrA, ensure it is running and set to automatic

4. Restart BF4

punkbuster does not show up in services, or any firewall. even after manually installing

This is a fix for the very few people who just cant find another way and for the people who dpnt click on fishy links.

1. Sometimes the punkbuster client is out of date, to update it you need to go here: http://evenbalance.com/pbsetup.php 

2. Select your platform and open the download up, from there you must go to pbsetup.exe

3. once you open it up, go to "add game" and look for battlefield 4. select it and continue

4. wait for it to update and open up a game of bf4 and have fun

(note: your windows firewalls may need to be disabled for this to work)
