BF4 Companion app through the web, NOT WORKING on my Xbox One.

I try using the "second screen" feature through battlelog via my mac but everytime, I try to access the "battlescreen", it won't work!

It's funny because I can join a server through my mac and I'll join it through my Xbox One. Even the loadouts, if I edit it there, it changes on my Xbox One instantly. It's just the "second screen" feature that doesn't want to work.... :/ 

What I don't understand is how the "loadout" and "server" feature works fine but not the "battlescreen." I'd figure that they'd both work the same based on connectivity but apparenty not...

This is still an issue three years later. 

I have a Macbook running OS X 10.11.6 that is hard-wired into the same LAN that my PS4 is on. Loadout works, it recognizes the server I'm on, but Battlescreen always shows "No Connection." It's actually worked in the past over wifi, but now no matter what I do I can't get Battlescreen to load. 

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I've even tried Internet Explorer in Windows 7 via VMWare.
