BF4: Can't find order history

I purchased the game on the website for Battlefield 4 and received a order confirmation message in my email today.

When I checked my origin client's order history, I did not find my BF4 order.

Due to the fact my message stated I could download the game on my client, I wanted to know how I can download BF4.

Is it because the game is not released yet, so I cannot find order history and download?
