BF4/3 lag

Hello, i have a problem with BF3 and 4 where the game after a while starts to "bite" every 5-10s, it gets worse the longer i play, restarting the game/match helps but not for long

i checked task manager and latencymon yet nothing runs on the backround that could cause this

Your rig is definitely up to the task, are you playing in servers in your region that have decent ping? Have you run a UO trace as described here to look at the quality of your connection at each node?  https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

What are your PC specs and OS? Are you using any third party programs with overlays such as discord, MSI afterburner etc?

8GB DDR4 2400mhz ram

Yes i do have afterburner but its doing it even when its not open
