BF 4 and BF3 removed/missing from my ea account

i am missing bf4 and bf3 from my ea account. its states that i got bf4 by using Ea play but that is false as i have owned the game since it came out. i have tried contacting Ea help chat but they haven't responded. also the bf4 purchase is removed from my account order history. but i do own it as my has a battlelog account which is still there
