Are you still able to transfer stats for Battlefield 4? (Xbox One)

Not sure if it worked for others as of 2020 but it didn't work for me sadly. tried to follow all the steps and was careful not to start or make any changes to game progression previous to starting bf4 up. I never recieved the prompt to bring the character progression from xbox 360. Hopefully you will have some luck with it.

According to the EA Help article, the stats transfer is no longer available for Battlefield 4 on PS4 and XBOX One.
