Hmm so it seems my original theory of multiple soldiers being the problem may be correct, i have also just spent 20 minutes on text chat with someone that claims he doesn’t have the authority to delete one of my soldiers.

Well I’ll give them a call tomorrow, i had this suspicion some time back with my BF3 connection issues.

How did you get them to call you?? I am about ready to pull my hair out with the text chat people.  I just want the phone number but they can't give me one.

the uk number he just gave me was 08702432435 but only avaliable between 9am - 9pm GMT

im on txt chat waiting for them to respond and also on the "call waiting list" this is horrible, i hope this works, can anyone confirm that getting your extra soldiers deleted really works or is it just some crazy idea?

Honestly, when BF3 first came out, I think I had a similar issue.  If I remember correctly, I had them delete my extra soldier profiles and the problem resolved.  But now that I downloaded the BF4 beta, those old soldier profiles are back again.  No idea why.

Next to the Text Chat option is a "Call Me" option. I used that.
