Aiming down sight bug

Sometimes (it seems randomly) aiming down sight doesn't work properly. While I hold the second mouse button it doesn't aim as smoothly as it normally should. A lot of the times its just a frew frames but there are also a lot of times where it takes seconds. At a face to face confrontation I loose most of the times because of this bug.

Mods can't do anything about it, Ill post it in a platoon i am in that is for reporting bugs and they will take a look at it from there.

I found an old forumpage over there of the problem with only a few post. These weird bug are fast of the first page on the battlelog forums over the more common complaints. Isn't there a more direct way to tell the mods? I dont have twitter so I cant send them a message over there.
