Activation code from Greenmangaming does not work

I pre-orderd BF4 from the digital retailer a few months ago and just received my activation code on the 25th of October. However when I try to redeem the code on Origin I get a generic error and told to try again later. When I go directly to the BF4 code redemption page it has only 4 brackets while my code has 5 sets of numbers.

Hello dude.

 

The regular Origin code redemption doesn't have pre-set brackets. Where are you trying to redeem the code?

Thanks, Carbonic. I had feared that there was some GMG code issue but that doesn't appear to be the case.

I have the same issue with star wars battlefront.  2 days gone by with no response to my request ticket by greenmangaming.  very disappointing!!!

You probably work for greenman gaming then. Next time you should probably add something useful to a solution besides spouting about your own silly situation.

@ryfry8422 the last post before your is from 2015, there is no need to necro a dead thread. Also the person you are directing your comment towards does not work for GMG, he's a loyal poster who has a long history of helping the community. I'm closing this thread.
