Activating from steam says "Unidentified Game"

I tried purchasing Titanfall 2 and Need for Speed Heat on steam, but every time I try to activate it on Origin it says I'm activating "Unidentified Game" and asks for a product key. I cannot find a product key for either of these games anywhere on steam. How can I fix this?

@BO5517 Have you linked your Steam and Origin accounts yet? From what I understand of the process there is no need to activate the steam versions in Origin however the two accounts must be linked in order to play.
