Account help (pretty plz)

I am trying to relink my battle log to my xbox series x. When I get on bf4 on xbox i am a level 0 with nothing unlocked and no premium, but when I check the battlelog I have 2 'soldiers' I can activate or deactivate. A level 24 xbox 360 soldier(no premium) and my lvl 118 xbox one soldier(premium). Even when I activate and deactivate either of them it doesn't change what is on my console. When I check my profile and its connections it says that it's connected to my xbox live but it isn't. Any idea on what I need to do to fix my console? I think I need to relink my xbox to battlelog or vise versa but nothing I do works.
