Account Invalid

I’m on Ps4 and I’ve had this message come up for almost two weeks now saying “This account is invalid”. I’ve spoken to multiple customer support representatives and none of them helped in an effective way.

Hello, @Nyzyion.

 

Did you try changing your password? Also, if you have too many failed attempts, you'll be locked out for about 90 minutes. One other thing to make sure is that you're changing the password for the right account. Many people don't realize they have multiple EA accounts and are changing the password for the wrong one.

I think most of the problem is that I don’t have access to the email linked to my ea account anymore, and no one on the ea support has helped me with that.

To access the email associated with the EA website, contact technical support https://help.ea.com/en/ and you will be asked to answer a few questions to verify that you own the account and will then be assisted

If you don't have access to the email on your account, please fill out the webform here: http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form. This will begin the account recovery process. A specialist should respond within a few days to let you know what the next steps are. If you don't provide enough accurate information, they will also let you know. In that case, you'll need to submit the form again with new information. Thanks!
