100% CPU main menu

#CPU AMD fx-4130 quad core @4ghz
#GPU RX560 2GB oc
#RAM 12GB 1600mhz
#MOBO 760GM-P23 (FX)

#BIOS updated to 2015-04-23 from MSI Website

The CPU jumps to 100% when mouse is moving over online servers as shown here: VIDEO Sometimes in game I have massive lags because CPU is 100% .I think it's the issue with Bottleneck as my #CPU is 2012 and #GPU is 2017.

While your CPU is a bottleneck it's still above the minimum specs to run BF4. What OS are you running? Have you tried doing a clean boot and launching BF4 to make sure it's not another application causing the issue with BF4?

Definitely bottleneck.

Only way to fix a hardware bottleneck is to upgrade.
