00xc000007b error when trying to load BF4 game off battle log

I've run through all the troble shooting, ccleaner and updated all drivers and still can't play my BF4. I was able to get on the hard line beta and play. what's the deal, aren't they the same engine? I've had issues with BF4 since I've loaded it and spent a lot of money on the premium versions just to be shut down on the battle log. Anyone have any answers?
