"you need to install or patch the game before playing" Bf3 BattleLog 2023

I saw that this question was "answered" like 2018 but none of the tips actually worked for me. 

What did not work:

- Changed the language of EA App to " English" 

- Cleaned the EA Cache

- Checked all Bf3 Steam Files 

- Deleted "Battlelog Web Plugin" and changed  the Settings on battlelog to "use plugin free lounching"

- Checked "Dxdiag" new version 

- Checked on corrupted/broken files on my whole pc with a scan

- Creating a Shortcut (+ administrator)

- Re-naming to " Battlefield 3TM"

- Different browser

I'm currently re-installing the whole game after nearly 4 hours of researching on old sites but this cant be the solution for everything and every time. 

Hope someone can actually help me or EA  fix the Battlelog browser ( this problem is there since 2012    )

I'm having the same problem launching the title from the EA App. Tried everything that you have as well. Hopefully someone from EA will have an answer.
