payment authorisation failed

whenever i try to buy bf3 premiumj it always says payment authorisation failed why? and what should i enter in payment nickname and billing address?plz help n also go through my acc if it is flagged or something thnx

Payment nickname is probably some name that you'll know what credit card is used there. And your billing address has to be the one you use on your credit card (they need to verify that too)
