Help please!! I just bought battlefield primume but my redeem code is not working, it keeps saying invaild code or had been used what do I do..the game is new, just bought it from virgin mega stores in dubai help!!

I would recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further check of your gamecode. Keep in mind that they will need some of your details for their verification process.
