my game crash

when i open battlefield 3 i cant move and shake my mause it means when i press w or other keybind my game close than i delete and install again my error gone but this morning it happend again today again i delete game and install but this time error not gone if i have any mistakes about my word sorry about my english pls help me what can i do for that error i buy it yestarday i want to play but i cant my game always close when i press any keybind

Try disconnecting your mouse and keyboard to see if that fixes it for you when they're plugged back in. I'd double-check to make sure you have all the latest updates and drivers for your PC. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/
