im getting no points when attacking flags

Hi for three days when I've been playing close quarters ive been not getting points for attacking flags. I got in touch with ea and they say they are aware with the problem and trying to solve it

Good to hear that they are aware of it  , the update must be going to happen on the Servers itself

are you attacking flags in empty server, if u do so u wont get score.

in a match it requires 3 to 4 players. 

for example, the server in which u are playing has only 1 plalyer that is you, then it shows "waiting for 3 more players"

during this time if you capture flag, you wont get score.
