cannot install bf3 due online release dates check

i tried to install bf3 in my pc but it tells me to accept the release date check but later after accepting it shows that there is an error and the installation cannot be done. I have checked my internet and it is working perfectly but every time it fails and claims to have not reached the game server, literally i cannot play the game nor. Can anyone please help me to do the installation please?
