bf3 on xbox one won't connect to ea

So I have bf3 on xbox one and it won't connect to ea online. I have the online pass and mutiplayer update 6. Did they shut down the servers or am I missing something

sorry its late, just had this problem an before you factory reset or whateer try this. disconnet ur consoles ethernet cord. then turn xbx off by holding the power button for 10 seonds. then disconnect ur modems power cables and turn off. turn bak on and reconnect ethernet cords  then try. good luk! sorry bout my "C" button

sorry forgot to mention main step, rekonnekt ur XboXs eth cable to a DIFFERENT slot on ur modem
