I can indeed see that you're experiencing a lot(!) of App Hangs with Battlefield 3.

These kinds of issues can have various causes:
- A antivirus/firewall software that blocks the game from launching correctly. You can try to whitelist/exclude the BF3 folder/.exe to see if that fixes the issue.
- You can try to launch the game (and Origin or your other launcher) as Administrator.
- You can try to perform a clean boot of your system. That way you can check if it's something that is locally installed on your PC that could be causing this issue. How-to clean boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/.
