after re-install, mouse hyper sensitivity ingame and name tag wrong

Hi all 

after a new computer install when in game the mouse is king of stuck to the bottom view, ultra hyper sensitive (setting in game very low sensitivity) thus, impossible to play.

I checked Discort setting for Game overlay, its ON.

Any tipps ?

also my name tag is now a long list of numbers instead of my standard pseudo... any clue how to change it?

If you’d like to change your EA Account information, simply: 

1. Log in to them EA Account client.
2. Click your username, then click “Settings,” found beneath your avatar picture.
3. Click ‘Manage’, next to “My profile,” answer your security question, and make your changes.
