Wrong Purchase

Hi

I just purchased Battlefield 3™ Premium and apparently, I cannot play the game because I dont have the original game? I'm not even sure. Is Battlefield 3™ Premium just a expansion pack? I'm not famailar with the game but that is not my fault and you guys made this so much more confusing than it has to be with all the serial code and product code and all different kinds of numbers. I guess lotta people have no problems.. I want to purchase the right one for 59.99 because that seems like the correct offer they provide on the origin website with all the other packs.

Just to make it clear:

There's Battlefield 3, Battlefield 3 Premium and Battlefield 3 Premium Edition.

Battlefield 3 Premium Edition = Battlefield 3 + Battlefield 3 Premium

You can get a refund so you can buy the correct version by contacting an EA Advisor by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You will have to fill out product, category and platform first. If live chat does not appear, it might be closed in your area at the moment and you might consider changing it to "United States" in the language selector in the bottom for a better result.
