Win11 and BF# invalid license

Brand new Win 11 install, brand new Origin install, brand new BF3 install

First launch: get to the browser, select a game or campaign to join = Origin popup with an error and game won't load 

Invalid licenses. Reason code= missing DLL error:0x0000007e

FYI: Battlefield 2042 works fine, just BF3 won't work.

FYI: Did repair game, didn't help

FYI: Installed and checked punkbuster service, working ok

EA: don't u check older games installs actually work?

@EA_Barry Thanks Barry, the last reply in that thread states "Tried doing that and it doesn't work."

So how do I proceed to get reimbursed?

I just installed BF3 through Steam with zero problems and works as advertised. EA/Origin obviously you need to fix your install procedure for this game.
