Will my pc run Battlefield Hardline With good FPS? [ Edited ]

Hi there, I Really want to buy Battlefield hardline for pc, though im a xbox gamer I want to try pc out. Will my computer specs run hardline?

Specs:

Edition: Windows 10 Home

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770T CPU @ 2.50 GHz 

Installed RAM: 8 GB (7.89 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch: Full windows touch support with 10 touch points.

Can you please also tell me if my pc will be able to run bf4, thanks

The Intel 4600 is the integrated graphics on your CPU.  If your dedicated graphics card is a NVIDIA 730A, this is a very low end card and will not run Hardline.  If it does, you may get single digit FPS and maybe 15 at best.  So no, you will not get anything close to a good FPS.  Sorry!!!  May be time to upgrade your system.  You can get a decent GTX 960 or 970 for a very decent price, as they are around $220 and $320 respectively.

It says i have two..

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

And

NVIDIA GeForce 730A
