Unable to download b2k? x360

I purchased limited edition bf3 day one and had back to karkand on my previous xbox. Now on my new one I have transfer licences and repurchased bf3. I have downloaded the b2k update but for some reason in the xbox store and the ingame store b2k is still showing as 1200ms. On the battlelog its showing that I own the product but I cannot find where to download the actual unlock. I even have unlocked all the guns for the expansion.
