This code has already been used

Im having trouble redeeming my BF3 product code, getting the error that it has already been used, (by me, no doubt) Im using a new computer on a new connection. The game is not listed on my origin account though. I have the game case, with the product key and disks right here, with the receipt and everything. Help plz.

Battlefield 3 must be in your Origin Account, if you bought it via Origin store, dvd-box, product code.  If you have activated product code in the past in Origin, the game must be in your Origin.  

Just, download and install Origin https://www.origin.com/en-us/download and Login ( You need to use Account that you used for buying and playing Battlefield 3) Go to My Games tab and you will see Battlefield 3 icon, right-click on the icon and select Download. If you have lost Battlefield 3 from your Origin Account or Origin asks activate Battlefield 3 again, please contact EA support:

1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/  .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available). Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.   Other methods to contact EA support.
