Call 650-628-1905 or 866-543-5435 if you are in the U.S. and speak to an agent.My account was hacked by a Russian a couple of days ago and they changed my login email so I couldn't get back into my account .I called once,got no help,tried chat but that was a joke and then called back and the agent I talked to that time went out of his way to be nice and help me get my account back.He got me back in my account and playing pretty quick.So anyway,your best bet is to call one of those numbers and they should get your account back for you in no time.Good luck.If you don't mind post back what results you get.
