You have to sign into the origin account you originally redeemed that code under. Try a few different emails if the account you are under right now doesnt show the game. Seems a lot easier than waiting for someone to tell you the same thing

Contact EA support as already suggested before. They will most likely check for a purchase proof, and then give you a replacement code. I find this strange tho. Are you using the acconut you registered Battlefield 3 with?
