Repair Loophole

Hey, I've recently bought Battlefield 3, the Standard Edition (just trying out a new game). After installing and trying to launch, an error pops up along the lines of - 'It appears there are a few corrupted files in the game. A simple repair should do the trick'.

Of course, I repaired it. However when trying to launch the game again, the same error keeps on popping up no matter how many times I've repaired it. I've already Cleared Cache,and  Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game, but to no avail. Please help.

As you have already repaired/reinstalled, the following should help: 

• Download and install all available Windows Updates
• Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
• Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
