The only people who can help you and lift your ban are evenbalance, theres nothing anyone can do.

You need to fill out a trouble ticket to evenbalance and explain to them, remember to include the kick message and your GUID within it too.

Every cheater claims he is not a cheater. It's something that I saw a few times. Plus you have a global ban - it's nothing we can do here, I mean common users as we just gamers here.
