I think that there is a lot of users who got same issue without any solution .

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Hello @Axmed095

What is your internet connection? (Wi-Fi or physical cable)  Try to reboot your internet (Modem or Router)  Also, if you have Anti-virus try to disable it.

@Axmed095 1. Try to Restart youre PC and try to start all Programms step by step, it can be that someone conflicts with that.

2. try it with an Ccleaner

3. Update all Drivers.

4. Update youre DirectX

5. Update your Microsoft .NET Framework

6. Update your Visual C++ (when u have that=

7. Try to start the game as an Administrator

8. Try to deaktivate youre firewall or anti virus programm

9. Download some Files they are System file checks. (http://support.microsoft.com/de-de/kb/290301) I have them only in german because i am from Austria!!

10. Have u Windows 10 or 8 or 7?

11. Try an Celanboot
