Hey guys i got a question. I bought BF3 Premium and BF Hardline Premium but even though i bought it i cant see the game in EA App. I tried to contact with support but they said wait 72 hours sometimes that kind of situation happens. Have you guys ever had a situation like that? or is it just me? You know a solution

sometimes, it can take a while for the game to appear in the library. Did you buy the games through the EA app? And can you make sure that you are logged in with the right account that you bought the games on?
Please try doing an app recovery in the EA app, and manually update the app as well through the App Updater file in the files of the EA app.
If the games don't appear then, please wait the time that Support has said to wait and contact them again after that.

i did and i checked everything you said. i contacted with the ea advisors but they just said wait. actually its not about the money tho. i bought the games and i want to play it thats all. i reinstall ea app and did recovery etc. but nothing has changed so far. i am waiting but no one says something useful

When did you buy the game? If the advisor says that you should wait a while for the games to turn up, then please do this - I know it's frustrating, but there's a chance that the payment is taking a while to process or similar. If the advisor said to wait, I would recommend doing so for the recommended time frame. This issue sometimes arises, which is why you can probably find a few similar cases.
If the game is not there after the time is over, please clear the cache again and send us another message here.
