MY FPS LOCKED TO 30? Help please.

Came back to BF3 this week, 60-70 fps... with both low GPU/CPU usage.

I'm also having the same issue... CPU and GPU usage hover in the 20% range and getting 60fps locked. Running 1903 as well.

I fixed it by reverting back to Windows 1803

The team is aware of this and still investigating, I'm afraid we do not have any updates to share around this at the moment. This workaround appears to be working for a lot of players suffering from locked FPS.

@EA_Blueberry Hi ! I don't think advice people to use outdated version of Windows car be a solution.
