MY FPS LOCKED TO 30? Help please.

My system specs are I9 9900K, RTX 2070, 16GB ram.

I have tried all little fixes that are on google for two days I have been trying to fix it. It's like my graphic card isn't being detected on this game I have tried BF1 and it works fine no problem.

Hey everyone, 

I can confirm that the Windows 10 update: KB4505903 solves the FPS issue with Battlefield 3 - if you are still experiencing the issue with Battlefield 3 and low fps please update your Windows to the KB4505903 version.

Same problem.
Windows 10 1903. i7 870, 12GB Ram, GTX 1050Ti(Driver 430.64) 25-35 fps.

I have tried console commands in game. I have reinstalled drivers, game, origin and messed around in my Nvidia control panel and it still has this problem.

@ZG-iwnl I have a similar set up (i7-8700K, 16GB DDR4, RTX 2070 OC) and just played. My FPS initially in the loading screen was limited to 30 FPS however once I was in game my FPS skyrocked to 130-180. What version of DX are you using and are you using the latest GPU drivers? When you reinstalled the drivers did you use DDU\do a clean installation? Do you have Origin in game enabled (it's enabled by default)? I have it disabled since it causes issues frequently.
