Hey !
I got the same problem, here. Tried to play Battlefield 3 yesterday and got terrible FPS. Between 40 and 50 fps.
I remembered that I launched the game without problems a few weeks ago.
Updated Windows to the 1903 too. Looks like I'm not alone with this mess.

I also have a pretty decent computer.

I have no doubt that this is Microsoft's fault, yet there's no official announcement from them till now? I really had enough of those broken updates of theirs and they couldn't ruin anything but BF3, like why
