MY FPS LOCKED TO 30? Help please.

v1903 killed a lot of users ability to play the game due to their FPS being in the single digits and the CPU going absolutely nuts.

It's the v1903 update for Windows 10, it caused all sorts of problems and is making my CPU go nuts in-game. :\

Hi, i have a similar problem,  installed BF3 to play the campaign (Not the multiplayer) and its very bad. From 10 to 15 FPS both in the menu and in the game, no matter the configuration and resolution. I tried all the possible solutions i could find on google and nothing.

i7 8700k 
16GB DDR4 
GTX 1060 6GB 
Win 10 1903
