Install stuck at 69% ps3 battlefield 3

Install stuck at 69% I have just downloaded at 2gb patch and after installing it says it needs to install game data once again. It installs a few % every 10 seconds then stops at 69%. I heard there were some players online for the ps3 sever so I want to play.
