I'm trying to redeem my game code but it says already used...? The game did not install correctly the first time and now it looks to have registered. Now my code says "already used"....?

As I understand Origin asks you enter product code of Battlefield 3. Try to logout and Login again in Origin. Then install Battlefield 3. If it won't help, you will need to contact EA support:
1 )Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic and follow instructions. Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account. Other methods to contact EA support.
