@EA_Leeuw You're doing a great job with the info you have but you should let people know to stop chasing their tails because nothing in the list of things you suggest trying will help nor will sending info about their computer. They just have to wait for EA to do something to fix the issue on their end or abandon Steam in this case. The problem does not occur for version bought from EA website.

Hi,

so I basically got the same problem. I got in the EA App and didn´t played the game quite a while - about a year. It keeps asking me about a product key if I want to launch it and if I want to type said key in, it says my PC is offline. None of the EA proposed solutions works. Anyone got some information about the issue or a solution? (Language in the pictures is german sorry)

Same here for two weeks now.

No solution from live chat with EA.

They suggested to make a new account in Windows! Next it's gonna be to ask me to get a new car in order the game to just play as it did two weeks ago.

Show some mercy and check your EA-origin game integration plz.
