I bought BF3 Premium through Steam. Download the game. Download EA APP and login with my account which is linked with Steam. When I opened Battlefield 3 I opened a "Battlelog" page and when I hit "Start Campaign" it loads and after that I get a screen that tells me to enter a product code because it has not been detected in my account or something like that.
How do I get the code if I already bought it on steam? Thank you! (The capture is in Spanish I'm Argentinian*)

Hello, I am a player from battlefield 3 since 2013 and I never ever had any problem with this game. I started playing this game first in xbox 360 then I migrated to PC. Ok, the problem is that In the last few weeks I tried to play the game but came up with this pop-up with the EA logo green saying that YOU guys could not activate Battlefield 3 on my computer using the origin account that I created, and I just dont know what to do since I DID NOT change the EA Account in ANY moment trying to execute the game. You may think why didnt you just tried to activate with the product key? Well, guess what? this pop-up asks me to activate the game with the product key and when I try to activate it just say that I dont have connection with the internet :D. I am not dumb btw (I can see that I am connected). I tried many things to fix this problem and my last hope its you guys.
-I am not trying to execute via Steam since I bought the game from Origin many years ago and I still have the product key, if you guys need to check.
-It keeps saying Origin but the launcher now is EA App like wtf why?
-Can I download the Origin? No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please help me or reedeem the purchase pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Summarize your bug I am a veteran Battlefield 3 player who logs in to the game every week. However, when I recently started the game through the EA app, I was prompted that I cannot start the game through my account and need to re-enter my serial number. I am sure that both my account and computer are functioning properly and cannot be used whether it is restarted or repaired.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After selecting a server through the website, the system will open the EA APP and prompt an error
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to start game
What do you expect to see? Start the game normally

Hello,
There is a small problem.
when i start the game via EA app then i get Battle log site in google chrome and then it redirects me to something like this:

when i enter the login it says to activate the game with the activation key that i didn't receive
So please help cause EA has this problem deep in #####
and when i click make new account it writes i have no internet connection (but i have)

Seems like BF3 dont think im connected to internet, and also asking for my product code in BF3. When I try to click "register product code" I get an error " We`re noticed your computer is currently offline.
- I have repaired BF3
- I have updated/repaired EA games
- I have repaired/downloaded Punkbuster
- I have internet
- im logged in on the correct account
- Firewall is turned off during failure and trying
- Restart several times to ensure it should be up`n running.
Any suggestion?
