I ran into a lobby today labeled "WHITES ONLY metro 24/7", and the description is "WHITES ONLY, NO DARKYS...". I filed a complaint on the server owner (BOA Reckless93), however the server remains up.
Clearly this falls under the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live: "Don't create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that other users may be offended by. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs)..."
...and EA's Code of Conduct: "Organize, effectuate or participate in any activity, group, guild that is harmful, abusive, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise offensive, obscene, threatening, bullying, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, encourages conduct that would violate a law or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable and/or inappropriate. Hate speech is not tolerated."
However neither group has anywhere to post/message, and the only complaint option in the Xbox menus doesn't provide an option for server content.
