High ping Issue with origin

Hi, I bought Battlefield 3 long time ago, initially the ping was low and i had no problem playing the game. But i stopped paying the game for a year or so, recently started to play the game again and i am getting the as high as 180-200ms which is why the game is very unplayable.  I have a very fast broadband installed at my place the Down speed 20mbps up speed 5mbps and the ping on the speed test website is 20ms. I only get high ping issues with origin, i don't know what to do in order to resolve the issue. Can somebody please help ?

In which country do you live and what region did you select in the Filter settings in Battlelog? Did you try to reboot your router (turn off your router and remove power cable for 5 min. Then turn on the router) ?

me too my friend , yesterday i played smooth 70-90 ms now i'm stuck on 500- 600 ms

try to disable v-sync and set pre-rendered frames to 1
if that doesn't work
try complete reinstall battlefield 3 + origin + punkbuster services
