Have Premium but not Back to Karkand?

When you right-click on the game in Origin and view the game details do you see Back to Karkand available to install?

It's "unlocked" but I don't see any installation options..

I have the same problem, chat support didn't help me, and nothing I tried solved the problem. But could  I ask you to do your manipulation? It seems only it will help.

If you're on PC make sure you right-click on the game in your Origin Games Library and click View Game Details. Make sure you have Back to Karkand installed.

Unlock now means it's installed. It's included with the base game installation now.
