Have Premium but not Back to Karkand?

I would like to have my money back please. There is no solution but I own this product. And yes, I have bought this game the day it was released and later bought the Premium so that's a lot of money for a product that I cannot use or enjoy of.

And please remove that "SOLVED" flag because this is not solved at all. Lot of people suffering this problem.

I looked into your issues and they should now be resolved hopefully - apologies for the issues.

The "Solved" flag is applied by either the original poster or an EA Forum representative, the individual issue 4 years ago might well be resolved.

Unfortunatly it still doesn't work I get the popup from battlelog when i try to play on a B2K serv saying i need to get the dlc although I have premium + Bf3 limited edition which includes B2K
