Have Premium but not Back to Karkand?

@EA_Joker Maybe you can help me. I contact with EA support by calling to EA and use Livechat and they said: "should be work now" but I still have this problem and I can't play B2K servers. Please help me.

After some time of waiting, I still have the problem of the in game missing content. In Battlelog everything is in place. Is there any way that you could help me? It seems that you are the only person that can do it.

I have Premium installed and everything but the browser insists I don't have B2K

HI @EA_Joker, could you please have a look at my account as well? I've got BF3 Limited Edition (PC), but if I try to join a server that's running B2K it says I need to have that expansion pack?? Reinstalling right now (again ) as I speak type.

I've had a few chats with chat support who were useless. Have reinstalled, repaired & updated countless times. I'm missing B2K and the BF3 Premum add-ons basically. Many thanks in advance!!

Yup, still can't play Back to Karkand maps. I've been trying instaling origin and battlefield again, deleting xpack1 and updating the game, repairing it, nothing works, same message "To play on this server you need Back to Karkand". Please help :v
