Global punkbuster ban [ Edited ]

Not using any sort of cheats obviously and no weird backround servises running at my pc as well.
Sent two tickets about a week ago still no answer.
And i guess there wont be one.
Funny thing,the ticket is open for everyone to see and add new notes... and that goes for everyones ticket i suppose..

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

Please remove anything that may violate the terms and service before posting as it will just remain hidden for a tos violation.Please see this link...

This isn't an EA issue, Punkbuster is an independent third party anti-cheat owned and operated by Evenbalance so only Evenbalance can lift your ban; EA cannot unban your account since they have no access to the other company's systems or files. Your only option is the continue to appeal your ban via Evenbalance. Until your appeal is addressed you can continue to play BF3 on non-PB enabled servers.

Sorry but  i dont care what is punkbuster and is not.I also dont care what sort of agreement they have with EA.

I gave my money to EA not Even balance.

EA should have been able to address such problems.

I call this just poor support.

Also even balance seems to me like a company close to bankruptcy.Webpage design is from 2005,security is completely absent.

EA should step up and deal with this.BF3&BF4 still have many players.

If you lose your driver's license due to misconduct you must appeal to the state to get it back, you don't ask the car manufacturer for it back because they can't give it to you. It's the same with being Punkbuster banned, you must appeal to them since they banned you. You can still play the game on servers that are not using Punkbuster so there is no issue from EA's side to fix since they don't run Punkbuster - the system is working as intended.

EA HIRED even balance to keep cheaters out of its games.

EA is responsible for whatever goes wrong in its games.Even balance is just an employee.

System is not working as intented and you know it.I really dont understand what are you supposed to be here trying to defend such a terrible support.

Note #2: The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID. To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.

Somehow you need to prove that the system isn't working as intended as you claim, otherwise I dont see how you will be able to change something with just a statement.

Cant even add a new note to the ticket,soo there is that.

Dont know if its possible to prove that their system isnt working.I know it doesnt.Because im not using cheats.

Only thing i can prove is that my system account or whatever wasnt hacked or anything.Because  EAs account verification is supposedly unhackable.

These is no way of knowing if some other program caused a punkbuster flase alarm without some info from their side.

For example the other day battleye didnt let me to start blacksquad because of cisco`s webex suite.

But at least battleye opened a new window stating which program/service is interfering with its normal procedures.

I unistalled webex.Problem sovled.

I have no way of knowing which program caused the false alarm.False alarms caused by programs are a really common thing.

Its the company's job to see what program cause this and add it to some exceptions list

Eben balance does strictly not respond to tickets regarding unjustified global id bans.

On their website they even state that if you got banned you should go buy a new key. They wont unban you.

Having the exact same issue right here.

And i wont back down. If they dont unban me ill take legal actions.

They can analyze my hdd for years and wont find a cheat or makro or whatever. And if they think they did well then its a false positive and its so simple to proof them wrong.

Whatever they say is bs. They are just trying to scare you little customer away.

Btw, EA is responsible for the problems punkbuster causes dont get fooled.

It just depends on how much damage it caused.

I have commenced collecting a few forum posts about these false bans on my website https://battlefieldplatoon.com/blog/category/battlefield/punkbuster/

The annoying thing about these LIFETIME bans is it's too long. Punkbuster think they are doing the gaming community a service by dishing out life sentences that is they are giving gamers the death penalty with no appeal. We buy these games, sure some players cheat or hack the game but there is no way half a million players have hacked Battlefield. Add the value of all these games and EA are making a lot of money if players are forced to buy a new GUID game key. my calculator is abroken but theres millions of dollars here all for LIFETIME bans and if 80% of these players swear they never cheated or hacked thats a hell of a lot of money.

There is no way these lifetime bans should be legal. In any terms and conditions the terms of a countries LAW system always takes priority. I have looked at many forum posts about these bans, players always try to fight evenbalance but get nowhere. It is not acceptable that the executioner is the only one you can appeal too. Like if Dracula were the only one you could appeal to before becoming a vampire guess what you gonna get bitten.

If you want to post your punkbuster issue on either of the links I posted and keep swearing to a minimum your posts will stay there and your discussions will not get locked with some * response saying sorry we can't help you.

I see on pbbans site there is a new banwave every month, they must be rubbing their hands together hoping all these players will just buy the game again or move on to new titles. 

Evenbalance never lift bans, there seems to be about 3 bans they have lifted in as many years and when they ban 100,000 players a year or whatever they ban that is a lot of players and very doubtful they are all cheaters.

Don't give up keep fighting them in places they cannot shut you up.
